Why do I have to pay money for gold bars I have earned playing the game?

I have a full piggy bank but can’t use it unless I pay for it?? Are you serious? I earned the gold bars playing why should I have to pay for them? What ** Removed by CM - rude and offensive** thought this was a great idea?
