My Characters say they are downloading. I have tried playing with and without internet and with different internet connection. Has been ages since i ciuld play

I think you are experiencing this problem after logging in. If you play the game by connecting to the Internet, this will not be the problem 😊

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Did you try any troubleshooting steps and see if it helps to resolve the issue?

Can you post with few details to understand the issue better....

1) What device are you using to play the game?
2) Can you post a screenshot where it says loading?
3) Is the issue only with the Characters or other features too?
4) If if is with other features, what are the other things do you see this loading issue?
