Few Questions for my clarification:
1) What game do you have this issue in?
2) When you have tried to purchase the Piggy Bank, did you see a full Piggy Bank -- means did it have 25 or 30 Bars?
3) Will it be possible to post a screenshot of your game Map along with the Piggy Bank and just the Piggy Bank?
4) If you are on "Candy Friends" game, did you receive a Piggy Bank full of Gold Bars for free? 

If you can provide as much information as possible, it will be helpful for the King team to look into the issue
