Did you know that the Yellowstone caldera, located in Yellowstone National Park in Northwest Wyoming, USA is one of the largest volcano systems in the world? Yellowstone is actually classified as a super volcano, due to its potential to wreak devastation across the United States, and to cause massive climatic and economic devastation across the globe were it to erupt. Thankfully, however, the chances of Yellowstone erupting in the near future are very minuscule. About 0.00014% annual odds to be exact!
