By any chance are you talking about the original Candy Crush game? I am asking this because only last week, you were having issue with level # 540 in Candy Friends!!
With regards to the level --> First of all, do you see Stars on the level -- which shows that you have passed the level? If it is not showing, the win must not have registered!! To avoid these kind of issues, we should always clear the cookies / cache on the device and also make sure that latest update version is installed!!
If all is well and you are still not able to forward in the game, please post back and I will elevate the issue to Community Managers. To look into your game, the Community Team will need your game user ID number.
