Presents only giving 1 item per booster

For the past few days I am only getting 1 item per booster in each present. This is happening for all present sizes. Can this be fixed?

Hi @zoe123 @Black_Cat_63 This bug should be fixed now. I just checked it in my game and it works perfectly. Please check if your game is up to date, force close the app, clear the cache and cookies and go back to the game and let me know if this works for you.

Hi again @Zoe123_ I would like to ask you if you could please give us your game ID, and here how to find your game ID : https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it also if you could provide the screenshot when you did finished your daily quest and open up the gift box reward, that’ll be helpful, but the studio won’t be open tomorrow due the bank holiday and will be back open for business on Thursday, so you won’t hear from the studio until later Thursday, and thank you so much for understanding and being patience 🤗

Same problem here. Game id 6862191463. Screenshots not in order - candy hammer went 16 from 15 on first reward (sweet) then to 17 on second reward (declicious)

I’m playing on an iPad. App updated on 4th September v1.20.7. No update outstanding on App store. Cookies, cache etc. not really relevant on iOS.
It will be tomorrow before I get any rewards anyway
