We're have all my Characters gone?

I just reset my Galaxy Note 9 due to technical problems. CC Friends was the 1st reload and log In from my back up. All my levels are the same but ALL of my characters are reset. I have even lost the limited characters. I recently transferred the game from my Note 8 to this 9 and had no problems. How can I get my Characters back?

If you could tell us your game ID, and here’s how to find your game ID : https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it and also the screenshot of your scrapbook, we can ask our CM to look it up at the studio tomorrow morning.0

Hi @mysticalmysty i have the same problem, i just reinstalled the game, all my characters and outfits are gone but the process level is keeped
my game ID is 6549643606 and here is my scrapbook

Hi guys,
We had a short issue yesterday that affected players who reinstalled or updated the game, like you guys. However, our Studio did a fantastic job on fixing it asap and you should now be able to see all your characters again!
Sorry for the inconvenience caused! I know it must have been scary to see that all your friends "disappeared"!
