Hey @yuya and @Kellie_Sigley - We've done some updates now. Could you please try again? Just force close the App, clear cache and cookies from your device, open the App again.

Also, as I said, not everyone has access to this event, unfortunately. I understand that it is frustrating, but the reason behind that is to make sure that we deliver the best game experience. In order to do that, we need to check how different groups experience the game.

How is this fair? Why don't all players have this event? I am struggling for the last 3 days to have it, to no avail. I uninstalled, cleared cache, created a King.com account so I don't lose progress and nothing. Today I updated the game (new version was available on Google Play), still nothing. I again cleared cache, force stopped, NOTHING. I bought boosters before I created a King account - they are all lost. I'm asking again, how is this fair? I'm on a Galaxy S10+....

Make sure you update the game to the latest version first. Once you've done that, force close the App to trigger the update. The event should then appear.

However, please note that not everyone has access to this event, unfortunately. I understand that it is frustrating, but the reason behind that is to make sure that we deliver the best game experience. In order to do that, we need to check how different groups experience the game. Rest assured that we're doing our best to bring the best game experience to all players. Please be patient and some events will come your way.

I have force stopped and cleared my cache, completely updated and still don't have access to the event. The icon on my home screen changed to a Halloween look, but nothing else has changed.

Nothing for me @QueenMia updated and just beat 3 lvls while at therapy and nothing. I don't wanna miss out seeing as it ends in 5 or 6 days

Thanks for the warm welcome.
As I wrote: "My wife and kids got the map and event on their devices - I tried my account there and with my profile still no map or event...
I even changed my password to refresh my account but still no new map or event..."
So it's not a client/update issue on my devices (4 tablets/phones).
Can anyone check my ID 8713496896?
I don't want to miss this skin...

It’s not counting my stars on the event...

I closed the app and went back in and the event came up.

@QueenMia I do not have the event on my phone or computer

@PummyRaj I have also not gotten the Halloween event. This is the second event in a row that hasn't been there. The bubblegum troll event disappeared and by the time I got it back, there were only 3 days left. I came within a few thousand of completing the final level, but ran out of time. My app is always up to date, I'm playing on newer phone - a Samsung Galaxy S10+ that auto updates. I hope this new quest works our better than the last one did.

Same here...

Really bummed because I got the 3 boosters for 2 hours but no motivation to play and win levels and stars because no star chaser event activated on my account 😣

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the special of the "Pumpkin Odus"!! But don't be upset that you have not received it as you are not alone!! I have also not received it and many other Superstars and other players too!!

We just have to make sure that we are all set with installing the latest updates and wait. We might receive it few days late probably!! Not sure!!

Unless the Friends Community Manager informs you, DO NOT reinstall your game App. Let's wait and see!!

Hoping that we all too will receive the Star Chaser and collect that cute Pumpkin Odus!!!

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the special of the "Pumpkin Odus"!! But don't be upset that you have not received it as you are not alone!! Many players have not received the event and I am there with you!! King Studio might be releasing the event to few players at a time, not sure!!

From our side, we just have to make sure that we are all set with installing the latest updates and wait. We might receive it few days late probably!! Unless the Friends Community Manager informs you, DO NOT reinstall your game App.

Hopefully, we will receive the Star Chaser within next few days and collect that cute Pumpkin Odus!!!
