I didn’t receive divine gift box when completing candyversary levels

Upon completing level 5 of the candyversary levels the game crashed before I received my divine gift box. When getting back in the game, still no gift box.

    I’ve experienced another crash on IOS that has prevented me from receiving another gift. I had obtained the balloon chest and reached Dach (the dog) with the key when advancing from level 885 to 886. Game crashed and I never received gifts from chest.

    Will you be adding the candyversary divine gift box I never received and this ballon chest to my game?
