Internet problems and lost all progeress took me back to lvl1 after reinstalling

My game said no internet connection  for over a month i have internet on my phone its in the king games because all my candy crush games say it candy crush friends candy crush soda and candy crush saga i deleted candy crush friends to see if that would help i reinstalled  it and i lost every thing it put me back at level 1 i was like at level 321 i think somewhere up there it wouldnt let me access  facebook said  onnection problems something like that i dont know if it ever saved my progresses or not i love the games i just want to get my prizes and rewards
