I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!  This issue was reported this morning and the Studio team is working on it  

Please head to the main thread where we are collecting all the issues --->  "Holiday Event Issue"  and these below details --->

(1) Device you are using to play the game;
(2) What version you have;
(3) Your game user ID number -- This link will help you find it -- "Find My ID"

Scroll all the way down and click on the empty "Type your Comment" box located at the bottom of the page to write your details.
