there was 1 puzzle in week 4 that I had trouble with and when I couldn't complete it (after the 3rd try) I got kicked out of the event, there was no warning about not being able to do the bonus days, which, had I known, I would've purchased some power ups to complete the puzzle, so once again I am blocked from trying to get the "octopus" character that other people in my family are being offered today, I have been playing this game since it started and this is not the first time an event has ended early for no apparent reason or warning......this is NOT the way to treat a customer!!!!!
