Queen jelly event disappeared (FIXED - Jan 10)

Great news!

Our Studio has started to release a fix - No need to look for new update. All you need to do is be a little patient and the event will appear eventually. Please note that this might take a few hours. We know this is a bit frustrating but be assured it will be worth the wait!

Good news!

Our amazing Game Studio has found the Queen and she has accepted to come back to the Candy Crush Friends World!
All you need to do to start playing the event is to make sure to update the game to the 1.28.8 version.

Since we had to release a new version, it can take a few minutes so if the Queen does not show back immediately after the update, just play a level or 2 and it will come up eventually.

If the event does not pop up after a day for you, then it means you won't get it this time. We understand that this is not ideal for many of you, but one of the reasons why this happens is that, we’re constantly aiming for the best player experience and sometimes this means that we need to verify what the best option is. In order to do that, we need to check how different groups experience the game. By giving some players a particular event, and others another event, or maybe no event at all, we can compare the data from those different groups and learn how appealing and fun different elements of the game are. This is how we make sure that we only give our players what they really enjoy! But don't get disheartened if you missed some event. Since it's completely random, you will probably get lucky for the next one!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you a quick update on the situation with the Jelly Queen event:

As you know, her Majesty the Queen can sometimes be unpredictable. Our Studio is trying to identify why she's ran away from the game and is doing its very best to bring her back.

However, we don't know yet how long it will take and therefore we will have to postpone the event for a bit. This is necessary to make sure that everyone will be able to play the Jelly Queen event.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but rest assured we're doing our best for everyone to be able to enjoy the event as soon as possible!

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have some news from the Queen.

Hello @Hrg and welcome to our friendly community. I am sorry to hear this happened to you. Another player reported the same thing. I will ask the CM to see what the problem may be. In the mean time - can you please try a few things first?

Sometimes the game gets temporarily hung up and a few simple steps can help you out.
Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.

Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 10-15 seconds. Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.

If none of this works - please comment below what platform - make & model and version of software you are using and also post your Game ID "Find Game ID Number". Thank you.

Oh look, another broken event that will come and go without King saying anything.....

Clearing cache and force stop dod not help. This is this morning.

Hello @cinann16 and welcome to our friendly community! Try clearing your cache and force closing the platform you are playing on. Keep it off for 10-15 seconds, then turn it back on and reenter the game and see if the notice shows up again.

If it doesn't reappear and it is still missing tomorrow - then please post below in the comment section the make/model and software version of the platform (PC or mobile) you are playing on and your game ID "Find Game ID Number" and a screenshot showing the notice is missing.
