I haven 't the jelly event after actuallitation. What can i do? I have android phone0

Jelly Queen notice disappeared for me also after update too. We've had no response to do with Olivia on holiday event not unlocking, and now this event not working. Hopefully we will get a response or fix at some point. My Id is 101541612220

I also lost the notice about the jelly queen. I saw the update yesterday about it being a known issue, so I waited a day. Since the event is supposed to start today, I figured I'd say something. I play on an Android device. Did a force stop and reopen. Checked for updates. No good. User ID is below.
