Queen jelly event disappeared (FIXED - Jan 10)

Hi everyone,

Great news!

Our Studio has started to release a fix - No need to look for new update. All you need to do is be a little patient and the event will appear eventually. Please note that this might take a few hours. We know this is a bit frustrating but be assured it will be worth the wait!

Hello everyone and welcome to those who just joined the Community 🤗

Good news!

Our amazing Game Studio has found the Queen and she has accepted to come back to the Candy Crush Friends World!
All you need to do to start playing the event is to make sure to update the game to the 1.28.8 version.

Since we had to release a new version, it can take a few minutes so if the Queen does not show back immediately after the update, just play a level or 2 and it will come up eventually.

If the event does not pop up after a day for you, then it means you won't get it this time. We understand that this is not ideal for many of you, but one of the reasons why this happens is that, we’re constantly aiming for the best player experience and sometimes this means that we need to verify what the best option is. In order to do that, we need to check how different groups experience the game. By giving some players a particular event, and others another event, or maybe no event at all, we can compare the data from those different groups and learn how appealing and fun different elements of the game are. This is how we make sure that we only give our players what they really enjoy! But don't get disheartened if you missed some event. Since it's completely random, you will probably get lucky for the next one!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to give you a quick update on the situation with the Jelly Queen event:

As you know, her Majesty the Queen can sometimes be unpredictable. Our Studio is trying to identify why she's ran away from the game and is doing its very best to bring her back.

However, we don't know yet how long it will take and therefore we will have to postpone the event for a bit. This is necessary to make sure that everyone will be able to play the Jelly Queen event.
We're sorry for the inconvenience but rest assured we're doing our best for everyone to be able to enjoy the event as soon as possible!

We'll keep you posted as soon as we have some news from the Queen.

Jelly Queen disappeared for me as well. I had beat all 10 levels and had collected 43 out if 45 stars to get her!! I woke up this morning and she is gone. Please help!!

Hi ,im Lisa ,im new here ,just wondering if you could help me to get jely queen event ,i have force closed ,cleared cache and done all the things written here but to no avail,uninstalled the game many times but nothing but jelly queen presentation page no event to play though.ive tried on pc and android ,both up to date . As title i can't play the Jelly Queen Event because the event not started and there is no icon or any option aniwere to start it.

I am at level 1441 and nothing happen.

@QueenMia did everything mentioned in this post and others and the event still hasn't popped up on my phone. Also, my husband had it on PC and was on level 7 when it disappeared and hasn't come back. Been trying and being patient for a few days
