@QueenMia i deleted the app on my ipad and reinstalled it and it seems to have resolved the issue. thanks for your help.

@JustPlaying the upload file button doesnt give me the option to choose a video from my ipad. Am i doing something wrong? :( TIA

Thanks @QueenMia. Yes i just updated to the latest version of the candy crush friends app and since then it crashes on opening. Can you advise how to clear the cache onn an iPad? No cookies when using the ios app on an ipad either?? As it is loading the orange king screen it tries to load then disappears. Ive hard closed…
