This happened to me, too, and it took me four replies with the service desk for me to get a response that wasn't a template "Sorry to hear that." Unbelievable.

Exactly. Not having an authorization after tapping is actually cruel. I'm so attached to this game (there have been several points in time when I had to wait for new levels to be developed) and I think I'll be done playing after this tournament solely because of this multiplier rollout.
