Hi @Saxi are you still having a problem with this level, which level is it? @Elsa is right, this is usually because the items you need to collect are now no longer on the board, but I cannot see clearly the board behind the pop up message. Let us know how you are getting on :-)

Hello everyone! The studio is aware of this and they are working on a fix for this. The issue seems to only be on Facebook at the moment, so if you are able to play on a mobile device you shouldn't find a problem with this level. Thanks a lot!
