Thank you, Werner. Is there anybody out there who has info. on how to work around the bug in candy crush saga game 7826?

I cleared the candy crush saga cache on my android phone, forced the app to stop, logged off and on again (as per King's suggestions) in an effort to complete game 7826. I lost ALL my boosters and still cannot complete 7826 because of a bug. Recent emails to King support have gone unanswered.
