  • @mercerik sorry, misunderstood you. I actually didn’t mind seeing how many attempts it took me to complete a level compared to the average. That at least was a bit interesting.
  • That’s not the pop-up she’s referring to - it’s a small banner that appears at the top of the screen when you fail a level. I saw it for the first time today & yes it’s annoying. It’s not exactly useful information & certainly won’t convince me to buy more moves. The spin for extra moves rarely appears for me, maybe it’s…
  • The recommended age on the app store is 4+ for Candy Crush; if as you say your games are not for children why does it say that? I guess King can legally cover their behind by expecting adults to be watching over the shoulders of their kids while they play. Not exactly realistic for a bit of fun. I have also seen similar…
  • I’ve seen this once, not playing on facebook and not connected to facebook either.
  • Absolutely agree. On my phone I can’t see how many moves I have or what I have to collect for 10 sec+ sometimes. I don’t need to be told on every level that I get a useless gold crown if I finish in one try. On hard levels I also get a banner about collecting scrolls for discounted boosters, something else I have little…
  • A couple of times my reward for placing in the weekly race didn’t appear until Tuesday, when it suddenly popped up on my screen. But there have also been a couple of weeks where I never saw anything. It seems to be a bit buggy.
  • Thanks Elsa, I never thought to check my backpack! I’ll do that next time.
  • I’ve seen these new Quests on my Android phone, but not on iPad. The first time I completed one I got a reward of a hammer & 30 min of stripe/wrap booster. But since then every time I complete one & hit “claim reward” I get nothing. Still some bugs to work out I think.
  • So let me get this straight - King makes some levels impossible to pass without boosters. (I know they say they’re all passable without but some just aren’t) They took away our ability to exit a level before starting & still retain the space dash/ build-a-bot etc. And now they’ve removed the ability to go back to earlier…
  • The backpack is nothing more than showing what boosters you have saved & available to use. Just click on them in game as usual, they’re all there on the play screen. You can ignore the backpack really, it’s just a reference. I find it fascinating that King’s response to grammadd states that the game is “designed to be…
