Why do my questions go unanswered for days or sometimes a week or more? If you can't answer maybe just take a second or two & say I don't know. I have spent quite a bit of money on here for many years & would appreciate being answered.

It's been a month & still nothing showing up on my game that replaces the treasure chest. Any updates?

I ended up uninstalling & then reinstalled & I got it this time. Not sure how long it will stay but I have it for now.

I thought it ran from Friday -Monday. Why do you keep changing the things that we enjoy? All I have now is the Mountain & a little suitcase thing that wants money!

I've never had that option either & I have played about 15 years too! Spent quite a bit of money & I don't appreciate the lack of customer service either!

Does anyone still work here? We have been waiting over 2 weeks for the replacement for the chest & still no news! Please let us know when we might expect this replacement!

I haven't seen anything since that announcement either! I did ask when this new & exciting change was going to happen & got ghosted! No response whatsoever!!!
