Thank you for responding. I am having this issue with both Candy Crush Friends and Candy Crush Saga. When I click on the apps up pops the orange screen with the word King on it then the apps immediately close and up pops a message that says, "Unfortunately Candy Crush Saga/Candy Crush Friends has stoppec." I'm having the same issue and have tried all the trouble shooting you mentioned and more by the google help chat and nothing has worked. Both games crush and friends will not load.
