Good morning. We have let the community manager know about the issue as its happening to quite a few now. However we also need more details, are you playing on Facebook or a device, and if so what type? Do you have more than 2gb free and is your device and game updated?

Hello, the game did have an issue on windows but has since been fixed. Please go to your store and check for updates and the game should work again 😊

Because its not happening to anyone else, but if further reports come in and its only happening to one specific device, it helps the studio. It is of no benefit personally to me to know. The same as your player ID. The community manager can look on your account to see if anything is causing it on our end. But he thinks it…
