The only thing that doesn't get transferred when you change devices is boosters, unless you have bought them. You do have to go here Purchase Issues to let them know what happened, but they will be restored. We can't do that because they need account info for it. Hi again Tim. I have been playing for years and have gotten the Jackpot only twice in all that time, so the chances are very low. I have suggested that they change the algorhythm to make it so players have a better chance, but they didn't listen. Keep playing and good luck to you!

David. You have to understand that the Team has many other complaints on many other levels to fix first. It takes time to fix, also. I suggest you go play a different game while this is being looked at by King if you can't be patient. Thanks for writing.
