  • @Kirkcollm77 That’s my fear...that a loss of everything isn’t going to fix the problem. It was less risky in the past when someone would help you restore what you lost but I guess they don’t do that anymore. Hope you can get yours working since you did the reinstall. I’m hoping the next update fixes mine. 
  • @Rancid Thanks. Offloading the app (iPhone os13.3) retains the data. So the data can be stored away from the app. For now restoring the offloaded app just continues the internet connection problem. Ideally, king would have a fix to restore that saved data to repopulate the deleted and reinstalled app. So no device change.…
  • I would like to see more support for times when an update causes problems with the game. I did the most recent update and now my game says it cannot connect to the internet. The only solution seems to be to delete the app and reinstall stall but you lose all your earned boosters. In the past, someone at King could help you…

  • @"Crazy Cat Lad" and @Sukanta_Biswas Thank you for helping by moving my post to the right place. When QueenB had me delete and reinstall last time this happened, she asked me to send screen shots of my boosters, beans, and bars and was able to restore them. Can you do this for me?
  • @QueenMia - Happy New Year to you too. The gold bars are fully restored and then some, thank you! The beans are still wrong on my mobile. I have not checked the desktop. I'm afraid to play anywhere but one device for fear of anything going wrong again.
