Hi my friend this was a known issue but after the most recent update it was solved Please check you have no pending updates Play any level you do not have to complete it log out not just close the game Let's see what happens 💓

Thank you for the update Unfortunately the only next step we can advise is to uninstall the downside to this is any boosters will be lost 💓

Can you try a reset if that doesn't work then only customer services will know if black screens are a known issue What device and platform do you use to play the game Check you have no pending updates and at least 2gig of free memory Make sure you have a strong Internet connection Clear the game cache from your device…
