Looks like maybe they fixed the number of turns for 141 and only have applied it to some seeds. Since I am on windows I reinstalled the game and reset it a few times with my account login to see if the level changed turn wise. Christine is referring to playing without using ufos, hammer and such. You objectively cannot pass every board without a miss without those unless you count a lucky day starting on level x and ending on the first miss ie could be 1 level.

The generators (whatever the things at the top are actually called) spawn an item type every x turns. Licorice will not spawn if you have destroyed it on the previous turn. Each generator can have a unique timer even if two or more have the same items. So it is quite likely that you might not see any licorice if it only…
