  • Absolutely nothing showing now but normal game screen and usual icon gateways to tasks, characters, and store at the bottom of the screen on Android and Windows 10. Please let us know what you find out. Thanks!

  • Glad to say that my tasks are back on Android, and I didn't have to wait til Monday for that to happen. I haven't checked whether that's the case on Windows yet but will tomorrow. Same with the join a team icon portal in Windows too.

  • And we're back. Tasks are once again not refreshing (23 hours + wait) on Andoid, and the join a team option crashes the game in Windows. See previous post(s) in this thread for more information since every aspect of this reocurrence is exactly the same as it was a few days ago.
  • Tasks are working on Android and Windows 10, but join a team only works on Android. I've installed all of the latest Windows 10 updates too. Restarted, checked whether any failed, etc. No failed updates of any kind, but the join a team button still crashes the game on Windows.
  • Same here after once again clearing cache, restarting etc. Contrary to a previous statement made by another, the issue still isn't resolved.
  • I've done all that, cleared the cache, restarted, and it still shows as 23 hours until new quests. Version number is the one you stated, and I'm using Android. Obviously, this is a tech department problem. Please pass our messages on to them as I've done what I, as the customer, can do. Thank you.
