I am really confused about the Chocolate Box. As much as i love what Candy Crush programmers do, some info seems to be missing a lot of times. For example, why would i want to use one of my rewards (i.e. the hand switcher) to use it so i could get rewards? It defeats the purpose. Or the popsicle smasher.  I understand the others, like collecting blue candies, etc....  Also, it constantly gives me two options: "Give up" or "Go to Map". Switching something makes you lose apparently. It would be nice if it came with instructions.  Thanks so much. Squirrelwife Marguerite

  • This is now getting really serious. Until now, i tolerated Candy Royale. Yesterday, it showed up every few minutes with no opt out. Today - and this is even more serious - i went back to an earlier level to get boosters. Would you believe Candy Royale pops up, and i had to click on it as i had no opt out...it reverted back…

  • I always appreciate your quick reply, Kiara, but honestly, nothing is being done about it by the leaders, looks like it. Not sure how long i can take that as it takes time to constantly being bombarded by Candy Royale. Either way, i really appreciate your trying to help. Squirrelwife/Marguerite

  • I so agree. Not having the gold bars in the last deluxe chocolate box takes the fun away. Sorry, the timed boosters are not a real reward.   • Honestly, i don't understand it either. I work with websites and know it couldn't be that difficult to just put an X as an opt out if they absolutely want to give us Candy Royale. I am very surprised that they are not able to fix it. What's the reason?

  • SO, THIS SHOWED UP ON MY IPAD SCREEN THIS MORNING, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM YESTERDAY WHEN I PLAYED THAT SAME LEVEL. COMPLETELY CONFUSING AS IT IS NOW FULL OF "FAKE STRIPES". AND SOME OTHER ICONS DON'T EVEN SHOW THE WAY THEY USED TO BE. I CAN'T PLAY THIS. PLEASE CHANGE.

  • Thanks, Kiara, always, for your quick reply. I do need to add though that there were no gold bars in the chocolate box in the first place. It's not that i was not given my rewards!   • I need to know, please, how to get rid of the annoying Candy Royale popup. Unlike many, i play on my apple Ipad, and there's no back button, and definitely not an X to close it.
