Hi Emmanuel, they might be doing you a big favor because it's not working anyway so you'd be getting aggravated about it not working. The studio is aware of this glitch and they are trying to find a fix. So tired of hearing King is aware and working on it. Bologna!

Got an answer today from King Care Tech JV who said the problem will remain with RAMI and DIDI in Facebook until the next game app version is released. Could be some weeks away. It's not a solution but they're are NOT going to fix the glitches in this version... George, until the next game app update?

Hi Tricia, no unfortunately they haven't. Unfortunately its affecting all King games, or most of them without a doubt. I understand its frustrating..I still cannot connect with Paradise Bay either and the last I heard was they were aware and working on it. I will ask our team if there is any update and will get back to you…

I don't think it's the game, otherwise myself and everyone else playing through a browser would be having exactly the same issue as the browser version always loads the latest version available which will be the same for everyone. I tried all of the above and it will not let me play on desktop at home or work. I can play on tablet and iphone only. I have tried all of the above. Can't play on desktop at home or work. Can only play it on tablet and Iphone. I think it's the game. I can play all other king games but not that one on desktop

I don't trust King. They've taken boosters from me before and only give back the ones I paid for. I will do the reset. Thanks, Elsa.

No way will I delete and reinstall that game. I will lose all my boosters and precious gold bars that I purchase through the piggy bank. I know King wants those boosters. I will reset the game. Thanks, Elsa.
