I think your phone is OK but it sounds like the game itself might need to be reinstalled. 1) Make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom (this will save your progress, highscores and gold bars. Your boosters and messages will get lost when re-installing so please take that into consideration)…

Hi Mcornils! Where did the purchases come from? For instance Google Play, iTunes, Facebook, Windows Marketplace etc.. You can normally get refunds if you click on the dispute link in the email receipt. Next step would be to set a pincode or password for purchases. Cheers 

Hi Michele! The icon shows when all your game data has been synced through Facebook or Kingdom. Once tha data has been synced you'll have a backup of all your levels, high scores and gold bars. Cheers
