My kids made multiple in-app purchases over the last few days. How do I go about requesting a refund for these unauthorized purchases by my children? Then how I go about blocking in-app purchases through the app?

Where did the purchases come from? For instance Google Play, iTunes, Facebook, Windows Marketplace etc..
You can normally get refunds if you click on the dispute link in the email receipt.
Next step would be to set a pincode or password for purchases.
