I played out the whole 20 games and never received one game for the Bubblegum Troll event.

I am having the same problem with Bubblegum game. I have advanced on a new level since yesterday and should have had two to complete, maybe three. It does not load a new game. I have shut down my computer, restarted, cleaned memory, rebooted and still the new games do not load. I have lost points.
