no help. despite all your recommendations of what "I should do" to fix it, when all my other FB games work, and yours doesn't, it's you, not me. nbd, they take my $ as well as you used to

having same problem. last week or so, couldn't get past orange loading screen with "polishing, setting, etc". finally got loaded; even got to walkway with numbered levels. select next level for me, all I get is blank white playing board, with puffs of colored smoke at bottom

yes, with Chrome and CCleaner, "Claim Rewards" just clicked and clicked - nothing. in Firefox, rewards were rewarded (heh) and was able to proceed, in any browser

Lim - sorry to bother you with another crippling problem. game is wanting to reward me for finishing necklace at level 485 - but it won't. keep clicking "Claim Reward", but nothing happens. AND can't even log into the game bc it goes to that first, and over and over. TIA dan

just checked in at the game after week or so; found the correction given me (moved to 391). also seem to have been given some gold bars gratis. tyvm for time put unto this. ps - played dozen or so levels, no problem. thx again

usually use Chrome. tried it in Edge, Firefox, even CCleaner's new browser - same results. so must be on my end; maybe Malwarebytes running in background (altho' I think it was disabled in Edge). anyway, not gonna change my setup just to play a game, a money pit at that. so, it was fun while it lasted, but... cya

tried to get a screenshot just as piston misses diamond. looks like I succeeded

as you can see, the piston missed the diamond, so further play is moot. my id is 1562482916 ty

Diamond Lim - ty for replying about how to complete the level; but I don't think think you are actually READING the op (or those of similar reports about this level). problem is, the piston DOES NOT move the diamond into the playing are - it misses, and diamond stays at the bottom of the shaft. please look into this. ty

can you help with level 390? search shows others have this problem. plunger that is supposed to put diamond into play, misses it, and therefore makes any other moves moot. diamond is stuck (offscreen), and opening no amount of bottles helps

hi, really enjoy this game; lots of strategy. strange thing - only game I've seen where higher scores mean less adept. prolly had to use more xtra moves. whereas, low score (to me) means got it done in moves allotted and had none, or few, left for xtra scoring
