I have quit - completely - I’m not even collecting. I have deleted CC app from all my devices I used to play in. Once in a while I visit this thread to see if landscpe is back but I see it still is portrait. Sighhh.

Yes, I used to spend money when I played a long time ago. But I had to quit. Holding an iPad on portrait mode was very taxing to this old hands. My wife also quit playing/spending our hard earned retirment money.

I just completed the survey. This was my answer to all the Answer boxes: “Because I haven’t played for more than a year. I deleted CC from my devices when King forced the portrait-only mode.”.

I'm playing Royal Match. This game is lots of fun than Candy Crush and I can rest my iPad on its case in landscape orientation while I play Royal Match. Try it and you'll love it.

You guys are still playing Candy Crush Saga? My wife and I have abandoned it and no longer contributing to King's bank account! We (both retired) used to spend a lot of money playing CCS. But we finally decided enough is enough. It is very cumbersome playing that game on our iPad's in portrait mode.

I continue to enjoy Royal Match. It seems like the developers of Royal Match are more professional and knowledgeable than the rookie Candy Crush Saga programmers.
