Received an update today on my ipad for Candy Crush Friends ,downloaded it and now the game works perfectly, thank you player ID 6047376939 iPad Air model MD785B/A

The game has crashed again, it loads then takes me back to my ipad home screen, been like this now for 2 days, have tried everything that I did before, cache apps and so on. I am using iPad Air IOS 12.5.3 with 9gb free space b not sure what you mean by game ID........

Well I guess we will have to wait until they realize the update is causing these problems then............. thanks for the reply

I updated the game today on my iPad, and since then whenever I get to the play screen and choose a character and press start the games disapears and takes me back to the desktop , I have tried all the suggested ways to overcome this but it stays the same Is it the update that is causing this.......................
