Still sat here waiting for my 15 gold bars to be given, tried contacting Cs ,only got automated email reply, no option in help centre for the issue so I'm guessing most of us won't get the bars we earned

There is no option to contact them via help center regarding this issue as it has no missing rewards section available. Thank you, I have sent a message to the support already and though I understand they can not reinstate the log-in, due to it not being a player's fault they missed it compensation would be a good gesture from them.

I can not play on other things as my device is not compatible with the game ,i also think it is not just on laptop either by sounds of it people are on phones having issues too so maybe it is not facebook alone but an issue with the game itself ?

Tried contacting them only to get a bot that is useless and has no options for game not loading ,seems as if this company don't care that we are unable to play it as we never get replied to just ignored
