I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, there was even a new game update but still no luck. Any other tips before I uninstall? Thanks 

Yes mine is still showing 42 and freezes when I get to 41

Hi, I’m using an iPhone X updated to the latest version but I’m having the same glitch on this level of having to release 42 octopuses. The game freezes after I have released 42. Have already repeated the level multiple times. Can you please help take a look again? Thanks
