I am unable to find the ID number to see if this will help but I am unable to open the app to get it as I click on the icon I get a black screen then it goes back to program manager so I am definitely stuck.

Don't know whether to delete game and reinstall but I'm up to level 456 and am begrudged to lose it all and start again.
