Why is there a message coming up ,when i start to play my game?
This is just part of the error that scrolls on the screen when I open the game (started today). I'm using Windows 10 Also appears on the play screen then disappears shortly afterward.

I have just won the new weekly contest by playing the most games. I have claimed my price, but I received no rewards or the prices. See attached screenshots. I left the game and entered again, they asked me to claim again, still no rewards.
In the latest update (4.4.0.0) they changed the screen size to fit the entire phone, at the top is the front camera with the level objective. Saga and Soda are adapted to the screen Also the message of the level objective or upon completion is transparent, the studio is making changes.

I read in the Q&A forum about game freezing and your solution was to do a force shut down. However. I an in lead and I earned a lot so if I do that (which this happened before) I will lose everything and have to start over. That’s not fair! I spent too much $$ to you guys
