My friend cannot see me anymore in the game

My friend cannot see me in the game anymore.. i cant ask for lives anymore. She cant see anymore where i am. And we are both connected to facebook. I see everybody else and she also. So this makes it very weird. Before we had no problems at all. But this is something we want fixed

I suggest you try from another Internet connection. If you're using WiFi then try with 3G/4G

Another option is that you both connect to Kingdom (the orange button with the golden crown)

Hi combo, where can i find the orange button with the golden crown.? I cannot find it, maybe i dont search good i dont know.
