Is anyone else have this issue? Error 0x80070490 app will not install on PC

Every time I try to install the app it gives me an error code. I restarted the computer, shut it down, and it still will not install. Not sure what to do next.

Looks like a clean boot followed by an Windows update can solve the issue you have with the computer.
