Candy crush jelly says downloading then running and goes no further.

Question

I am using the latest Safari and all my other apps on Facebook are working with no problems.  I have deleted the app and then downloaded a new one but same thing happens

The thread didn't help me still the same King frame with" Running" across it  I am using a MacBook Air
