Candy Crush Jelly won't move on

I advanced to level 40 and couldn't pass.  The pop up said I had to ask friends or wait three days.  My friends didn't help so I waited the 3 days.  This morning it was down to 3 hours.  Now, it says 3 days again.  If that's how this game works, I'm tempted to delete it.

Open up the game in another browser and see what the timer says there. 

The only other thing I can think to try is to remove the game from Facebook and add it again

What I.S.P. are you using? I found the problem on Google Chrome. Try it on Firefox and the countdown should work. Apart from this there seems to be big problems with the reliability of this game. I hope someone from King actually reads these comments as this is totally unacceptable considering the two previous Candy Crush games seem to work with little errors. I am still getting an error message while loading in Firefox and having to load Chrome to clear this. I shouldn't have to. It's time the computer geeks got this fixed.

Same here... am deleting the game... too much hassle with Kings games right now
