candy crush jelly not loading

For the past few days after reaching the current final level (360), ccjelly would not load in facebook even after flash updates, clear data, etc. It says "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. <br/> Please try again in a moment." The game in OK in iPhone. Pls fix

Thanks for the response. But the problem happens with both Google and Firefox, . HTML5 score is 492 out of 555 so dont know if it is OK. Strangely, I CAN play CCJelly using another FB id for level 100 or so, but my id at level 360 (final) just can't (the problem message is displayed just when all the loading messages are finished and the music begins). Pls help fix thks...
