cant play wont load

on 360 on jelly but in the last 24 hours it wont load i keep getting.....You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix.<br />Please try again in a moment. please help as i love playing the game, ive uninstalled twice and that hasnt worked

When I get that error I have to clear my browser history or run Ccleaner to clean the cache.
