Candy crush jelly level 43 won't load

Candy crush saga jelly level 43 is 'greyed out' - won't load. I am using an iPad and there's nothing more to say to use 80 characters.

What is going on with level 235. Supposed to collect orange, but no orange, and as soon as you drop to next level, NOTHING!! Literally nothing, to allow you to continue playing.
