Is anyone working on the "you have experienced a problem that we are working hard to fix" problem??? I have had the issue for at least one week, have done all the crap the tutorial suggests, and still cannot play. I have posted 3 different times here, but no one has replied yet... Sure wish I knew when I'll be able to play again!! THIS SUCKS!!!
