iPad won't sync with iPhone

I'm on level 242 on my iPhone, but now my iPad isn't synced with it.  I'm back to level one and it won't bring up any of my Candy Crush Jelly friends.  I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game from my iPad, but nothing worked.  Please help.  Thank you.

Make sure also that you're logged into Facebook in your browser as well as the app. Cover both bases and then try to connect.
