Lost All Progress Candy Crush Jelly

I have all 3 Candy Crush games on my iPad & I log in via Facebook I had to re-download all the games due to restoring iPad  the original game & Soda logged in fine to my last settings. Jelly restored back to Level 1. I logged in via Facebook and everything was the same for all 3 games (all listing on my FB apps list).  How can I restore my Jelly progress?

I also need help restoring my Jelly game. I accidentally deleted the app and I was at around level 149 I think. Hope you can help!
